I’ve heard you can’t build a carport at the front of my house, why not?

Council restrictions say that carports cannot be built closer to the front boundary than the front of the existing house. See our Free Build Guide for your local council guidelines.

What is the process of getting a quote?

In order to give you an accurate quote, one of our qualified consultants needs to visit your home to measure the area, and discuss materials and sizes with you. When you contact us, either on the phone or via our website, we will give you a call to arrange a time and date for the consultant to visit you.

How do I know what size deck or patio I need?

You don’t need to. When you contact us, we’ll organise for one of our experienced consultants to come to your place to measure the area and discuss materials and details with you. That way, we know exactly what size, shape and colour construction you need.

Will you install the flooring for our sunroom?

We don’t supply and install the final flooring for your sunroom, but we do prepare the underflooring ready for the finish you choose. Talk to your design consultant about the final product to ensure we prepare the under flooring correctly before your carpet or floorboards are laid down.

How long does the build process take?

Once you have council approval, our builders can start your project immediately. Once underway most of our designs, whether decking, patios or a sunroom, can be completed in as little as three days.
